                   A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE ADMINISTRATOR 
                   OF THE DEPARTMENT OF PUBLIC WORKS TO EXECUTE 
                   AN AGREEMENT WITH THE TENNESSEE-AMERICAN 
                   WATER COMPANY RELATIVE TO INSTALLATION OF A 
                   WATER MAIN IN THE TIFTONIA INDUSTRIAL 
                   SUBDIVISION FOR AN ESTIMATED COST OF 
                   FIFTY-TWO THOUSAND, TWO HUNDRED TWENTY-FOUR 
                   AND NO/100 DOLLARS ($52,224.00).
                   
                   
                                                     
                   
                   
       	    	 BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF 
       CHATTANOOGA, TENNESSEE, that the Administrator of the Department 
       of Public Works be and is hereby authorized to execute an 
       Agreement with the Tennessee-American Water Company relative to 
       installation of a water main in the Tiftonia Industrial 
       Subdivision for an estimated cost of $52,224.00.
